Shalom Tabernaclechurch is located in the north-west of Paris, in a city called Epinay-Sur-Seine.
It was founded in August 1988 and has been lead by Reverend Pastor Arthur Mosaka for more than twenty years. The church began in the Pastor's house in Ourcq (Paris) with about ten brothers as members. Afterwards, they moved to another meeting room at Doudeauville Street before choosing a more comfortable and beautiful assembly hall at Alésia (Paris). However, a disagreement with the landlords caused them to move, once again, to a smaller hall. The church stayed there for one month before settling at Epinay-Sur-Seine in 1992.
This was the year that the church changed its name from “Christian Assembly” to "Shalom Tabernacle".
The Christian faith based on the Bible, which is God's Word, is the foundation of Shalom Tabernacle Church. This religion proclaims and adores the one and unique God: the Lord Jesus-Christ.
The doctrines of Shalom Tabernacle Church stems from the prophetic teachings of the Reverend William Marrion Branham commonly called “The Message”, "The End-Time Message" or "The Message of the Hour". This is to point out a prophetic message sent to the nations and confirmed by God.
In Hebrew, "Shalom" means Peace. This is the name that Gideon gave to the altar he built for the Lord.
Judges 6:23-24 :"And Jehovah said to him, Peace be unto thee: fear not; thou shalt not die. And Gideon built there an altar to Jehovah, and called it Jehovah-Shalom."
